If you are wanting to take your positional skill to the next level, this is for you! These intensives run for five weeks (October 19 - November 20). The program is open to Boys or Girls in Grades 9-12. NOTE: Previous club volleyball experience is a prerequisite for these sessions.
Featuring top coaches with real-world experience playing these positions at the highest levels. Featured coaches this Fall are Mika Feilberg, Johan Kim, Ashton South (UBCO Heat)
Where: All trainings take place at the Genesis Athletics Sports Centre located at #5 555 Adams Rd, Kelowna, BC.
When: The training runs at different times depending on the position you are registering for:
Middles: Thursdays 4:30-5:30PM
Setting: Thursdays 5:30-6:30PM
Passing: Thursdays, 6:30-7:30PM
Hitting: Fridays, 4:30-5:30PM
What: We will be running programming in line with Volleyball Canada's Development Matrix - focused on skill development, athletic control, and team play. This program seeks to emulate the type of training found at Team BC and other high-performance programs.
